A Discount For Your Next Stay In Cali, Colombia

Back in July 2020, I ended up taking over a big part of the furnished apartment portfolio that I developed and managed with my old partners at Lifeafar. 21 units in total. Beautifully decorated, with quality furniture, super fast WiFi, A/Cs in all units and hot water in all showers. In other parts of the world this might be considered standard amenities but in Cali they are considered a luxury 🙂

Within the next couple of months we will be adding another 12 high-end apartments to the selection coming from a project that we are currently developing.

I started a new company called EXSTR – as in Experience Short-Term Rentals to manage this portfolio. And although 2020 was far from an easy year to begin a new business venture, things have gone surprisingly well and we manage to keep the occupancy high. “Staycation” is the new phenomena now that many people have discovered that they can actually work online. So, why not combine work with seeing the world, learning a bit of salsa, taking some Spanish classes, trying new food, making new friendship and exploring the nearby mountains and waterfalls?

As a bit of unwelcome news, Airbnb decided to raise the commission on hosts in Colombia from 3 to 15 percent squeezing vital drops of income out of a tourism industry that is already suffering.

For that reason, we wanted to give potential guests an incentive to book directly by allowing them to save the 15% on all reservations up until February 2021. All you have to do is add the promo coupon FEB2021 when making your reservation on our website to apply the discount.

Take a look and feel free to share the coupon with any friends or family that may be planning a visit. Questions are welcome either here in the comments or to our dedicated guest service team:

Calls / Whatsapp to – +57 316-506-9999

You can also follow us on Facebook and Instagram where we share promos and competitions on a regular basis giving followers a chance to obtain additional discounts and win free stays.

It will be our privilege to host you during your next visit to Cali.

To your adventure,

Patrick

… And welcome to Adventure! I arrived in Cali for the first time as a tourist in 2011, passing through on a motorcycle. When I arrived for the second time I came as a father and as a resident, without having any friends (except for my girlfriend), and without speaking Spanish.
