Although the location next to la Autopista in Cali may not be the best, I assure you that Manzana Verde serves some of the best fruit cocktails I’ve seen in the city – maybe even in the entire country. I’ve only been once, but I’m already a fan.
The entire menu is dedicated to fruit cocktails, smoothies and ice cream. My choice on the picture is known as a Salpicon, a delicious treat supposedly invented here in Valle del Cauca. It consists of pineapple, papaya, cantaloupe, strawberry, grape, watermelon and in my case topped with vanilla ice cream. So good and so refreshing! If that’s not your thing, then don’t worry – the selection is grande and I’m sure you’ll find something to satisfy your tastebuds as well.

It’s located across the highway on the westside of Las Canchas Panamericanas. Here’s a link to the place on the map. I couldn’t tell you how to arrive with public transportation, but a taxi from the center will probably cost you around $6-8.000 pesos and the desserts are cheap.

Check it out – I promise you won’t regret it! Makes for a great place to bring a date as well.

Open from 10.00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day!
